They say 30 is the new 20 and I can honestly say I am enjoying getting older. I feel fitter, stronger and am enjoying life more than ever before!
I have found that doing what you love is so vital to your overall happiness in life. As such I I have decided to go back to full-time personal training, group exercise instruction with a touch of modelling on the side.
My business kurvaceous is growing and I am looking forward to the launch of my outdoor training program "Killer Kurves"
On the modelling front I have been fortunate to work with some great photographers in the last 6 months and have really enjoyed the shoots. I hope you enjoy them too! Located in Gallery 2.
